Taking care of us is all about balance and it relates to all aspects of ourselves, our body, our mind and our soul. Without this Balance we can not have Wellness!!

Having Mental Wellness is key to our happiness and quality of life.  To reach balance in our minds, all aspects of both the left and right parts of the brain, and all the chemicals that influence our thoughts need to be in harmony.

TCoU will focus on the balance of the mind and will address elements that bring positive influences to our minds. In many instances these elements cross over to the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives and can help us during the dark storms to find happy, positive activities to distract the mind until the storms is manageable. Wellness (balance) must start with ourselves...

Everyone that has traveled on a plane has heard the "SAFETY SPEECH".

 

In Case of Emergency, a mask may drop down and we are told to put on our own oxygen mask FIRST before helping others.

This is true for life also, we cannot help others properly or for long if we don't take care of us FIRST!!
