  • The mixer can handle anywhere from 1.3 to 4.8 lbs (600 to 2200 grams) of flour. Going below or above this range might affect the texture of your dough, so it’s best to stick to this capacity for the best results.

  • The mixing speed and fermentation temperature are set, but you can adjust the Mixing Duration and Fermentation Duration to suit your recipe or preferences.

  • While we don’t include a recipe book in the package, we’re working on updating the manual and adding new recipe videos to the product page. Recipes for stand mixers are also applicable — you might need to tweak the proportions slightly.
